We want every Mehroonkari piece to feel exactly right. Since each piece is part of a limited collection and handled with care from fabric to finish, we do not accept returns or refunds — only exchanges, under the conditions below.

For Unstitched Suits — exchange accepted if:
You receive damaged or torn fabric.
You receive the wrong product.
The fabric received doesn't match what was shown at checkout (color/print discrepancy beyond normal screen variance).

For Stitched Suits — exchange accepted if:
You receive damaged fabric or stitching defects.
You receive the wrong product.
The size received does not match the size ordered at checkout.
(Stitched pieces are made to the size selected at the time of order. We're unable to offer exchanges for personal fit preference. We recommend checking our size guide carefully before ordering, or reaching out to us on WhatsApp for fit guidance before you purchase.)

Important: All exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery, along with a clear, continuous unboxing video — recorded from the moment you open the sealed package, clearly showing the product and packaging. Requests without a proper unboxing video will not be accepted.

Return shipping for approved exchanges is to be borne by the customer.
