Unstitched suits come as fabric pieces ready to be tailored to your measurements. 

Stitched suits arrive ready to wear, made to the size selected at checkout.

How do I know my correct size for stitched pieces?
We recommend checking our size guide before ordering, or reaching out to us on WhatsApp for fit guidance.

Is the fabric color exactly as shown in photos?
We photograph all pieces to represent colours as accurately as possible while displaying and clarifying the shades of our all products. Minor variation may occur due to screen settings /lighting— this is normal across all fabric photography.

How should I care for my Mehroonkari suit?
Dry clean is recommended for the first wash of all fabrics. For fabric specific washing instructions, please reach out to us

Are pieces one-of-a-kind, or will they restock?
Most pieces are part of limited collections and will not be restocked once sold out. We recommend not waiting too long on a piece you love. You can always ask for the restock, if possible they can be delivered in next 15 to 20 days.

Can I customize a stitched piece (size, length, sleeve style)?
Stitched pieces are available as designed, in the sizes listed at checkout. We don't currently offer customization on stitched pieces — if you'd like a fully personalized fit, our unstitched suits are a great option to get tailored exactly to you.

Orders are delivered within 5–8 business days via courier, depending on your location.


Do you ship pan-India?

We do not accept returns or refunds — only exchanges, under specific conditions.

Reach out to us on WhatsApp with your order number and an unboxing video within 48 hours of delivery.


Do I need an unboxing video for exchange claims?
Yes — a clear, continuous unboxing video is required for any exchange request to be processed.

Do you offer a warranty on your suits?
We don't offer a traditional warranty, since each piece is hand-finished fabric rather than a manufactured product. What we do guarantee is quality at the time of delivery — every piece is checked before it's shipped, and any damage or defect found on arrival is covered under our Exchange Policy.
